Fees
We usually charge based on the time spent to complete the work and the level of experience necessary. We can however offer a fixed fee quote for account preparation and will honour this quote in the first year after which it will be reviewed. If the time spent exceeds the quote we will honour the quote and contact you to discuss the cost in future years. If the time spent is less then we invoice less. We do however have areas where we have fixed fees and list below the costs you are likely to encounter.

Partnerships - Services likely to be required
Partnerships may require the same services as a sole trader but each partner is required to complete a tax return and the partnership itself has to complete a partnership return. So if a partnership has two partners three tax returns will need to be completed.
It is worth noting that where tax returns are not submitted for a partnership then both partners each get a £100 fine for non submission and then each get a £100 fine for non submission of a partnership return – a massive £400 fine that is avoidable if the deadline is met.

PAYROLL CHARGES
HMRC are adopting a new approach to operating PAYE and in doing so all PAYE information is required to be reported in real time - RTI (Real Time Information).
Taking into account the extra work involved and increased software costs, we have adopted a standard and simplified approach to our charges.
MONTHLY PAYROLL

Example:
1 employee = £15.00 per month
3 employees = (£15.00 x 1) + (£5.00 x 2) = £25.00 per month
7 employees = (£15.00 x 1) + (£5.00 x 6) = £45.00 per month
WEEKLY PAYROLL
For the first employee a standard fee of £21.00 per month will be charged. Each additional employee will be charged at a standard fee of £11.00 per month.
